Position Overview:

My client are seeking a motivated and skilled Occupational Therapist to join their growing team. In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adults, and seniors, to assess their needs and develop personalised intervention plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualised treatment plans.
• Facilitate therapeutic interventions to enhance clients' daily living skills.
• Collaborate with clients (adults), families, and multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Provide advice and support to clients on the use of assistive technology and adaptive equipment.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress.
• Stay current with best practices and evidence-based approaches in occupational therapy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Previous NDIS experience preferred
• Current AHPRA registration
• Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine passion for helping individuals enhance their independence and quality of life.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
