Using your expertise, you'll assess and resolve insurance claims by determining the cause, liability, and quantum of reported losses. **What are my accountabilities?_** + Assess claims through on-site visits using our commercial process, systems and technologies + Manage a portfolio of claims from initial advice to settlement, following Sedgwick's policies and procedures. + Investigate the cause and extent of loss, ensuring efficiency and a customer-focused approach. + Determine if the loss falls within the insurance policy's terms and conditions. + Deliver loss-adjusting services that meet or exceed client service standards. + Provide proactive communication with clients and customers on initial findings and potential solutions. + Calculate repair and/or replacement costs (reserve). **_About you** : + Previous adjusting or commercial claims management experience + Current driver's licence, as fieldwork is required. + Passion for delivering high quality service and consistent communication to customers and clients **Caring Culture** It's at the heart of everything we do, and we show we care by living our core values: Empathy, Accountability, Inclusion, Collaboration, and Growth.
